Shipping

All ARMAREX orders are shipped within 2 working days. Orders are processed and shipped from London between Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Delivery times provided are only a guideline and shipment delays out of our control do not qualify for refunds.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed For service.

International Shipping

All International orders are shipped via UPS or DHL Express service for international shipping.

Customs & Duties

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

As the buyer, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are separate from the shipping cost and are not included in the total price at checkout.

Returns

We currently operate a no returns policy, with the exception that the product is damaged.

To return your order, the product must be:

-Sent back within 14 days of receiving delivery

- In its original, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition

- Have original tags still attached along with original packaging
