Shipping

All ARMAREX orders are shipped within 2 working days. Orders are processed and shipped from London between Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Delivery times provided at checkout are only a guideline and shipment delays out of our control do not qualify for refunds.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. Royal Mail Special Delivery service is also also available at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked. DHL Express service is also available at checkout.

Customs & Duties

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

As the buyer, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are separate from the shipping cost and are not included in the total price at checkout.

Returns

We operate a 14 day returns policy. This means that the customer must notify us and ship their return within 14 days of receiving their order. To return your order, the product must be:

-Returned within 14 days of receiving delivery

- In its original, unused, unaltered, unwashed condition

- Have original tags still attached along with original packaging

Please email customercare@armarex.store with your order # for acceptance and confirmation of your return.

We maintain the right to refuse returns which do not meet the conditions outlined above.
